At SOLE SERIOUSS, we strive for complete satisfaction with every premium fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
